ABOUT THE AFRICAN AGRI COUNCIL (AAC)

The African Agri Council (AAC) is a private sector led pan-African institution mandated by its members to promote the development of African agriculture across the value chain. The AAC and its Secretariat focusses its work in 3 areas:

  1. Youth integration into agriculture

  2. Modernisation of agriculture to increase production and market access

  3. Increase investment into bankable agricultural projects

NETWORK EFFECTIVELY

Many investment opportunities, business leads or job opening are not posted online — and those that are posted only remain online for a brief period of time across selected channels. Given the majority of hiring, investment and business opportunities are based on existing relationships and extensive on the ground work, networking has increasingly become critical. The African Agri Council (AAC) membership offers its members two main forms of networking; transactional networking and relational networking, through access, connections and insights.
